Rates quoted are inclusive of car parking.

Tolls are included in our rates A “Point to Point” journey is defined as a transfer from one pick up point directly to one drop off point.

If any additional services are requested during the transfer additional charges will apply.

For pick-ups from Airports one hour waiting time is included in the quoted rate (time calculated as per flight arrival time on the official Airport Authority Website. For all other pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The standard cancellation policy for all standard vehicles (Executive Saloon, Luxury Saloon and MPV) will be 24 hours prior to a local pick up time. For pick-ups outside of Galway its 36 hours plus applicable driving time from Galway city.

For all bookings cancellations on private tours, the following cancellation policy applies.
- For all private tour bookings of 1-3 days, 7 days, notice must be provided.
- For all private tour bookings of 3-5, 14 days, notice must be provided.
- For all private tour bookings of 6 or more days, 28 days, notice must be provided.
“No Show” fees will be charged at the transfer rate for the service booked.
For a “No Show,” we will always try to make contact with the booking contact or passenger, if no contact is made with either of these the chauffeur will be instructed to leave.
